Scott Cartwright is a 15 year resident of Las Vegas and has always had dogs as part of his life.
He shares his northwest Las Vegas home with his son Austin, weimaraner Casper and dalmatian Dottie.
  Scott is an Honors graduate of Animal Behavior College, Northridge, California.
  He spends his free time snow skiing, mountian biking and swimming, often with his dogs next to him. (The dogs don't ski, when they do his rates will probably increase.)
